Your league will pay for your scholar's lunch. You may invite more family and guests as you’d like (see price on the reservation form above). Please dress accordingly; this is a special occasion, business casual.
Pick up your tickets and table assignment at the front entrance of the Grand Ballroom. Everyone must have a pre-paid reservation. DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 19, 2013.

Check in for registration will be at the ballroom beginning at 10 a.m. You can pick up your registration packet with seat assignments at that time. |

We will be showing a special presentation and request all scholars fill out a Scholar Information Form and also submit a photo to us. They may be mailed or scanned & emailed to mile003@comcast.net. This photo may be in your uniform or a school photo. Deadline is FEBRUARY 19, 2013. Remember, that the better the picture the better it will copy for our presentation! |
